We deliver within Edinburgh, covering postcodes EH1 – EH20.
We also deliver within the UK (excluding Highlands & Islands) using overnight couriers. Any order for placed for delivery outwith Edinburgh will be processed the following day and dispatched as soon as possible.
Please supply a full, correct address with postcode. We do not accept liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect or failed deliveries. We aim to deliver direct to the recipient, failing that we will leave the flowers with an immediate neighbour. If that is not possible, we will leave a calling card for the recipient to contact us and arrange collection from our shop. Depending on location and workload, we may offer to redeliver at our discretion. We will let you know in the event of a failed delivery, as soon as possible.
Delivery times: we accept orders for delivery within Edinburgh Monday to Saturday.
All deliveries will be made between 9am and 6pm. * Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee an exact hourly slot for general delivery but we will try and deliver to you as early as we can. If you do have a specific time-frame for delivery please give us a ring. During our peak periods our driver will plan the most efficient route.
Same day Edinburgh delivery: We need to receive all orders by 1pm for same day delivery (please note delivery for same day is up to 6pm).
Next day delivery: Orders for next day delivery in Edinburgh can be made at any time on the previous day.
UK delivery orders will be processed and sent via overnight courier as soon as possible.
