- What if I am unhappy with the flowers or plant I received?
If you are regrettably unhappy with the product you receive, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and please keep the flowers or images of the fault. Flowers and Plants are a fresh product so sometimes they don’t behave as we would like, are damaged, or in the case of something wilting or failing to thrive, following correct care and attention **link to care info page***, we will make sure we remedy the situation at our expense. Our flowers generally receive fantastic feedback re their lifespan, so we hope not to hear from you!
We accept no liability for Plants after 48 hours of delivery – we ensure they are well tended in optimum condition when they leave our premises, and can be adversely affected in a short time in unsuitable conditions.
We guarantee your cut flowers will last at least 5 days from delivery, following correct care and attention. Softer stems (anemones, tulips) and specialty roses will never last as long as hardy berries or lilies for instance. Our bouquets are generally delivered in bud so please allow time for your bouquet to blossom and open – it may look very green on arrival! This ensures you receive the freshest stock, we receive 3 or more deliveries/week direct from our suppliers.
‘Wild Wedding’ orders are designed to be in full bloom and glorious for your wedding day so will not have such longevity.
Disappointment relating to content or style will be investigated and a solution offered if we have misrepresented or described a product.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers and foliage based on availability and quality – we will always use stems of an equal or higher value, and keep the spirit and feel of the chosen bouquet to the best of our ability. If we cannot replicate or fulfill the order, we will contact you to discuss, or notify you of cancellation/refund as soon as is reasonably possible – you will have received an automatic confirmation when placing the order but this does not mean the order has been seen by our florists or checked against stock available.
- What if I would like to tell you how happy I am with my beautiful flowers?
Nothing makes us happier than a delighted phone call or head popped through the door to praise our flowers! We are a little bit shy and don’t like to blow our own trumpet – but by all means feel free to rate us on Google or Facebook if you have the time or inclination!……..
